Refund window
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, visit the Paddle customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email. Refund requests are reviewed and processed promptly.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing cycle.
Processing
All refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
